  3. ICP scoring model. We build a weighted scoring model that ranks prospects by fit. Not a persona doc — a formula your SDRs can run against any list. Integrates directly into your CRM as a custom field.
  4. Validation. We test the model against your lost deals and open pipeline. If the model would have predicted your losses, it is working. If it would not have, we adjust. The output ships with a confidence report.
